This review is well overdue. I reached out to Jarrett via the website, received a quote for polishing our travertine floors, liked the quote then promptly scheduled a service... READ MORE visit. By the way, these guys were nearly $1/sq ft less than another company nearby (Clean Tile and More), for more work. Now...if they can only deliver on the promise to make our travertine shine... Well, they did. And then some. I don't remember how long it took but they were around most of the day since our entire first floor is travertine tile. They cleaned the floors, then polished using an acid solution and heavy duty polishing machine. We were - and are - very pleased with the work BUT there remains a downside to the shine they put on the floors, and I'm not kidding about this: To this day I get distracted by what I think is a spill on the floor...but it always turns out to simply be a shiny surface that now catches sunlight, or light from a lamp. So, there is a "negative" to having polished travertine. 😉 I suppose I'll get used to it. Highly recommended.

Jarrett and Mark are the most experienced guys in the Houston area in the care of natural stone floors. They refinished my 1200 sq ft of travertine floors in my... READ MORE living area and it looks better than when it was brand new. They stripped off the old lacquer and polished the travertine leaving a natural shine with no lacquer or polish on the floors. All I need to do now is mop it with a cleaner that they provide to keep it clean. They also moved all the furniture around and replaced it exactly where it was originally using pictures. Call these guys if you need your stone floors polished or refinished, they are the best at what they do.

They brought the marble tile in my powder room back to its original luster after being accidentally stripped when my dad tried cleaning it for me with harsh chemicals. My kitchen floor looks like we haven't had numerous 4 legged children for over 20 years, you can actually see the original color of the grout! The floors are shiny and I am pleased with that, so I'll give a conditional recommendation. The cautions: They held a conversation over the machine noise the whole time.... READ MORE We were working from home and their conversation could be heard everywhere in the house. The baseboards and sometimes the walls get splashed and have a residue that does not all get cleaned by them. They took the finish off the wood transitions in two rooms while cleaning -which one denied doing-and added back something for shine that lasted only a few days. The machines also took a few chunks out of our kitchen island. I am pleased with how the floors look and I appreciate that they measured the space for price; I had overestimated by about 100sq ft and so when they measured, it was less, thus cheaper in my favor. I caution the other aspects as those may be deal breakers for some, while they may not bother others.
