FAQs
Does all granite need sealer?
No. Many dense slabs do not absorb much. We test and only seal where it helps, such as kitchen work zones.
Can you remove water spots and rings?
Most are surface residues or micro-etch on mixed surfaces and come off with proper cleaning and polishing. We will test and confirm on site.
Will polishing remove scratches?
Polishing removes micro-marks. Feelable scratches usually need light Honing first.
Can you polish engineered quartz?
We focus on natural stone. Engineered surfaces are different. We will advise options during the visit.
How soon can we use the counters?
Light use is usually fine the same day. If we seal, we will give you simple cure times before normal use.
