FAQs
Will cleaning remove etch marks on marble?
Cleaning removes film and deposits. Etch marks are chemical damage and need Honing and possibly Polishing.
Can you fix missing or moldy caulk?
Yes. We remove failed caulk, treat the area, and apply fresh, mold-resistant caulk.
Do you regrout the whole shower?
We handle spot grout repairs during restoration. If full regrouting is needed, we will explain options.
How long until we can use the shower?
Most showers can be used the next day. If we re-caulk or seal, we will give you simple cure times before use.
Will sealing make the shower slippery?
Penetrating sealers do not create a slick film. Grip relates to tile texture and finish level, not the sealer itself.
